Originally from Northern Virginia, Gail has been associated with the commercial real estate industry since 1981 where she had the opportunity to associate with several prominent national commercial real estate development firms; The Oliver T. Carr Company (Carr America), Cadillac Fairview Urban Development (Prentiss Properties), The John G. Shooshan Company and InterOffice Management, in the Washington, DC Metro area.
In 1996 Gail relocated to Phoenix where she was directly responsible for the leasing and management of approximately 90,000 SF of executive office suite space locally and approximately 900,000 SF nationally for InterOffice Management. After 13 years, when InterOffice was sold in 1999, she moved on to help establish approximately 500,000 SF of executive office suite space nationally for Regus Business Centre Corp. and approximately 80,000 SF locally for Vision Offices and leased and managed approximately 30,000 SF of Class A office space for Scottsdale Development Corporation in North Scottsdale. July 2005 through April 2006, Gail continued her successful record of marketing, training, team building, leasing and management with CityBlock, Inc./International Capital Partners; responsible for approximately 1 million SF of office, retail and industrial properties locally. In 2006, Gail helped to form Signature Real Estate Services, Inc. creating a platform for offering customized, personalized services related to all aspects of commercial real estate. Signature Real Estate Services, Inc. has since included residential sales, leasing and property management to its portfolio of services.
Gail represented the Buyer in the December 2012 purchase of the 140,000 SF Class A office building housing Fender Guitar HQ in The Perimeter Center located at 17600 N. Perimeter Drive and in June of 2013, the buyer in the purchase of the 150,000 SF Class A office building housing Republic Services HQ building located at 18500 N. Allied Way in Phoenix. Signature Real Estate Services handles the management and leasing for both properties as well. Gail has been responsible for the leasing and management of the 30,000 SF building located at 8585 E. Hartford Drive since 1999, also located in The Perimeter Center in North Scottsdale and since 2006, a 10,000 SF retail property located in Avondale at 1473 N. Dysart Road. Most recently added to Signature’s portfolio in April 2015, is US Foods HQ; approximately 135,000 SF Class A office building located in Tempe at the ASU Research Park; 8075 S. River Parkway and in September 2015, Chandler Forum Building housing GM Financial; approximately 150,000 SF Class A office building located at 1975 E. Price Road in Chandler, AZ.
