Hugo was born in Mexico and moved to California at the of age 10. In 2007 he relocated to Phoenix where he began a career in the construction industry. Since then, he has become proficient in all aspects of commercial construction and facility related work. Hugo was assigned to our team in early 2019 after joining Tolin Mechanical, where he currently serves as a Facilities Engineer.
His broad knowledge of commercial construction and facilities management, compounded by his positive work ethic, makes Hugo an excellent addition to our team.
Karen considers herself an Arizona native as she resided in Arizona since kindergarten though she moved to Oregon in 2019. She continues to commute to Scottsdale AZ for work. She attended Greenway High School, Glendale Community College and graduated college from The University of Phoenix with her Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. She attended Keller Graduate School to further her accounting education, focusing on international finance and management accounting
Originally from Northern Virginia, Gail has been associated with the commercial real estate industry since 1981 where she had the opportunity to associate with several prominent national commercial real estate development firms; The Oliver T. Carr Company (Carr America), Cadillac Fairview Urban Development (Prentiss Properties), The John G. Shooshan Company and InterOffice Management, in the Washington, DC Metro area.
