Followed by a physical inspection of the property to identify any potential deficits, issues, concerns, questions and observations that could effect the final purchase offer price from our client.
Upon closing of a purchase, our accounting professionals create detailed schedules clearly detailing the financials and set up of all financial operating processes associated with each asset.
